The Site is informational. It describes Nexium's sourcing and distribution services across industrial sectors including construction and mining equipment, industrial and specialty chemicals, laboratory and testing supplies, and security and inspection systems. The Site does not process online orders, payments, or checkouts. Any procurement, supply, or distribution arrangement is governed by a separate, individually negotiated agreement or purchase order between Nexium and the client, not by these Terms.

Descriptions of products, sectors, and partnerships on the Site (including pricing, availability, or specifications, where mentioned) are provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual terms, pricing, specifications, and availability are confirmed directly with Nexium before any transaction.

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and the NEXIUM name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Nexium DMCC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
